This class uses wrist weights to enhance strength versus buoyancy, flexibility, breathing and body awareness.  This class is designed to build a stronger core together with balanced muscle pairs throughout the body using powerful toning moves, while working the multi-dimensional properties of the water.  The class appeals to a wide spectrum of ages and fitness levels.
